Who we are
This website is operated by Alpha Northline Global Inc. In this policy, we and us mean Alpha Northline Global Inc.

What we collect
We collect only what you send us. When you use the contact form, that is:
- the enquiry type you select
- your name
- your email address
- your company name, if you give one
- your phone number, if you give one
- the message you write
Our web server also records ordinary technical information when a page is requested, including the IP address making the request, the time of the request and the browser identification string. This is standard server logging by our hosting provider and is used for security and troubleshooting.
When a contact form is submitted, the IP address and browser identification string at the moment of submission are included in the email we receive, so that we can identify abusive or automated submissions.
What we do not do
- We do not run advertising trackers or third party analytics on this website.
- We do not use cookies to profile you. This website sets no tracking cookies of its own.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
- We do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
Why we use it
We use the information you send only to read and answer your enquiry, and to keep a record of business correspondence. If your enquiry becomes a commercial relationship, the same information may be used to carry it out.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered by email to Alpha Northline Global Inc. Two service providers necessarily handle it in transit:
- our web hosting provider, which runs the server this website sits on
- our email provider, which delivers and stores the message
We do not pass your information to anyone else unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to by law.
Where it is held
Website and email data is held on servers operated by our providers. Depending on the provider, those servers may be located outside Canada, in which case the information is subject to the laws of the country where it is stored.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as they are useful as a business record, and are deleted when they are not. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@alphanorthlineglobal.com and we will respond within thirty days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection. The contact form carries anti-spam checks. We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
