What this policy covers

This policy covers Alpha Northline Global Inc. and this website. It does not cover the separate websites operated by the brands in the portfolio, each of which publishes its own policy.

What we collect

Only what you send us. The contact form asks for a name, an email address, an optional company, an optional phone number, the type of enquiry and your message. Nothing else is gathered from you.

Our server keeps ordinary web logs: the requested address, the time, the response code and the browser string. Those are operational records, kept short and not used to build a profile.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers. No third party analytics. No tracking cookies. No sale or sharing of your details with anyone marketing to you. Your address is used to answer you.

Cookies

The website sets one cookie, for the session, and stores your light or dark surface choice in your own browser. Neither follows you anywhere.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while the conversation is useful and then removed. Ask and we will remove yours sooner.

Your choices

Send a Privacy Request through the contact form to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Choose Privacy Request as the enquiry type. We answer within two business days.
