Capabilities

What We Do

Four capabilities that take a brand from an idea to a product a customer can buy today.

Four capabilities, one operating team

Each one is described in full further down this page.

Marketplace Commerce

We list, price and fulfil products on the online marketplaces Canadian and American shoppers already use, and we look after the account, catalogue and compliance work that sits behind every listing.

Multi-Brand Ecommerce

We run several brands at once. Each one keeps its own name, product range and storefront, while one operating team handles the work that repeats across all of them.

Distribution

We buy, hold and move stock so products reach customers and trade buyers on time, using third party carriers and fulfilment services alongside our own planning.

Brand Development

We take a brand from name and positioning through to packaging, sourcing and launch, then keep working on it once it is selling.

Marketplace Commerce

Selling on a marketplace is mostly detail work. A listing needs correct attributes, images that meet the platform's spec, stock that is genuinely available, and pricing that holds up once fees and shipping are counted.

We handle the account and catalogue work behind every product we sell: listing creation, catalogue data, inventory planning, order flow, returns and customer messages. It is not glamorous, and it is the difference between a product that sells and one that quietly stops.

Included in this

  • Listing creation and catalogue data
  • Inventory planning and replenishment
  • Order flow, returns and customer messages
  • Category and compliance requirements

Multi-Brand Ecommerce

We run more than one brand at a time. Each keeps its own name, audience, product range and storefront, so a customer buying skincare is never made to feel like they wandered into a sticker shop.

Behind the scenes, one operating team runs all of them. Sourcing, photography, listing standards, fulfilment and customer service work the same way for each brand, which is what makes running several of them practical.

Included in this

  • Separate identity per brand
  • Shared operating standards
  • One team across sourcing and service
  • Storefronts built around each audience

Distribution

Product has to physically get to people. We buy, hold and move stock so orders reach customers and trade buyers when they are supposed to.

That means working with third party carriers and fulfilment services, keeping stock in the right places, and packing things so they arrive in the condition they left in.

Included in this

  • Stock buying and holding
  • Third party carriers and fulfilment
  • Packaging built for transit
  • Trade and wholesale orders

Brand Development

A brand starts before the first product exists. Name, positioning, who it is for and why they would choose it all come first, then packaging, sourcing and the launch itself.

The work does not stop at launch. Once a brand is selling, real customer behaviour tells you things no plan could, and we keep changing the product and the presentation in response.

Included in this

  • Naming and positioning
  • Packaging and visual identity
  • Product sourcing and sampling
  • Launch, then continual improvement
Marketplace operations

Where we sell

Alpha Northline Global Inc. sells and operates as a merchant on these channels.

Amazon

We operate as a seller on Amazon, managing listings, catalogue data, inventory and customer service for the brands we own.

Walmart

We operate as a seller on Walmart's online marketplace, applying the same catalogue and fulfilment discipline we use everywhere else.

Direct ecommerce

We run our own storefronts, so a brand can reach customers directly and the customer relationship stays with the brand.
